Do you love to BBQ? I do too. I love it so much I decided to create my own line of rubs and sauces. My rubs and sauces feature NM chile products that add a distinctive taste and a little kick. Pick up a bottle of my BBQ Rub and add the taste of the Southwest to your BBQ.

My name is Kirk and I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Yet the inside of my kitchen is known as Albukirky, as it is where I have spent years developing my unique spice blends that feature flavors of the Southwest.  My passion is cooking, particularly grilling and barbecuing.  My friends and family have reaped the benefits of my recipes over the years and have encouraged me to share them with you.  So here I am, my first spice blend has been bottled and is now for sale.  It has truly been a labor of love.  I hope that you enjoy my spice blends as much I have enjoyed creating them.
