Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your AlbuKirky Seasonings order. Most importantly, we want you to feel confident that you can start grilling, smoking or cooking with our products, right out of the box.

If you receive your order and everything does not appear to be as you expected, please contact us immediately at kirk@albukirkyseasonings.com or call us at 505.321.1769. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.  

Damaged Items / Incorrect Items 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any of the items in your order are damaged or if you received an incorrect item. We'll do our best to mail out replacements for damaged items the following business day after being notified. If you received an incorrect item or are missing an item in your order, we will likewise mail out the correct item(s) the following business day after being notified. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Refunds
Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for any reason at kirk@albukirkyseasonings.com or call us at 505.321.1769 and we will happily work with you to resolve the issue. Approved refunds will be processed back to the credit card on which the original transaction was made within 2 business days after the final review.
